Inquiries and project agreements

Calling, emailing, or preparing an inquiry does not book work, create a construction contract, or guarantee a price or completion date. The inquiry form prepares an email draft; you must send it through your email app. A prepared draft is not confirmation that we received your inquiry.

The scope of work, materials, price, schedule, payment arrangements, and any applicable warranties must be confirmed in a separate agreement for your project. These website terms do not add, change, or waive terms in that agreement.

Using this website

Use this website for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or send misleading or abusive inquiries. When contacting us, provide information you are authorized to share.
